On December 11, OpenAI released GPT-5.2. There was no dramatic announcement for marketers, no onboarding guide, and no clear signal that the landscape had shifted. Yet it did. GPT-5.2 is not a minor model update. It marks a meaningful change in how AI systems interpret, compare, and judge brands.
